About the event
As a mum of three teens who values living a full and present life, Heidi is honored to bring yoga to the team at Art Soup. She looks forward to sharing mindfulness, movement and breathing strategies to help you navigate this complicated, noisy and often crazy world. See you on the mat!
- 6pm to 6.45pm Mondays
- For ages 15 to 19
- Everything provided
- A gold goin donation per session appreciated
- Wear comfortable clothes that you can move freely in - we have space for you to change if needed.
Please RSVP before each Monday so we can guarantee we will have the class each week.
