About the event
Rainbow Youth is a group that meets every Wednesday 6pm to 7:30pm at Art Soup. Our awesome Rainbow Youth Coordinator and volunteers create a lovely safe space with kai (all kinds of food), music, activities and chats.
Thanks to funding from Tindall Foundation, Rule Foundation, and West Coast Te Rito Violence Prevention Network, we are able to go on a few trips out and about, get some mentors in to teach us new skills, and do activities that we love!
Our group age range is currently around 17 to 24 years, but we are open for all youth who identify as LGBTQIA+
We are also a great space to reach out to if you are looking for community support or resources.
