Filmmaking - Short film in a day

Local youth filmmaker Yulissa Louw* is donating her time to share her experience and knowledge with aspiring filmmakers aged 13 to 24. Joined by some of our Art Soup leadership team, Yulissa will take participants through an introduction to filmmaking and then everyone will work on creating film and editing, hopefully ending the day having been part of a full production process! The aim is to learn through doing, and have fun on the way.

• Time: 9:30am to 5pm

• Place: Art Soup (179 Tainui Street, Greymouth) and possibly offsite nearby (permission needs to be given by a parent/guardian)

• Cost: Free

• Lunch provided.
